Energy Healing
My Reiki and sound bath sessions offer a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and support emotional and physical balance.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing practice that helps restore the natural flow of energy within the body. Sound baths incorporate therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones to guide the mind into a meditative state and promote deep relaxation.
